All routes and public transport (buses and metro) for Bucharest are well-marked and accurate on Google Maps.
If you are arriving at the Airport (Henri Coanda - OTP), the quickest way to get to us is by Uber or Bolt, and it will cost about €10-€12 and take about 30 minutes.
Otherwise, the next best option is to take Bus Number 783 - a cheap option at only 8.6 lei (€1.80) for a return journey.
Take the bus to the very last stop in Unirii Square. From there Podstel Homestay is a simple 10-minute walk. Or if you don’t feel like walking you can hop on Tram number 27 and take it 2 stops.
If you are arriving at Gara De Nord Train Station, the quickest way to get to us is by Uber or Taxify, and you can expect to pay about €4. The journey will take about 10-15 minutes.
Alternatively, you can take the Yellow M1 Metro Line from Gara de Nord to Izvor, and Podstel Homestay is a 10-minute walk from there (it’s a beautiful walk and you’ll pass the Palace of Parliament). A return ticket is 5 Lei (€1.10) and the total journey will take about 30 minutes.
